Philip Harry Mansell, Jr., Esq. was born and raised in Roswell, Ga. He attended The Lovett School and was a two time, individual, State Champion Wrestler. After high school, he graduated from Auburn University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a focus in Public Administration. During College he was president of his fraternity Phi Delta Theta.
After College, Philip attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. During his tenure he competed in 3 National mock trial competitions and studied Constitutional Law under Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. He also interned with the Honorable Morris E. Braswell in the State Court of Clayton County.
Philip was admitted to the state bar in 2009. He started his legal career as a Public Defender in the City of Roswell, under the Honorable Maurice H. Hilliard, Jr. He currently specializes in Real Estate, Wills, Trusts and Civil Litigation.
Philip has been the Managing Attorney at the Marr Law Firm since 2015. He is Married to Taylor Schlairet Mansell whom is the Managing Bankruptcy Attorney at Shapiro Pendergast & Hasty. Philip and Taylor live in Roswell and have a beautiful and spunky daughter.
He is an avid Braves fan, faithful Christian and gardener (you should try his salsa). Above all Philip loves his family more than anything else.
