Philip Harry Mansell is a Georgia native, licensed to practice Law in the State of Georgia. He graduated from Auburn University in 2006 earning a Bachelor of Arts degree, and received his J.D. from John Marshall Law School in 2009. Mr. Mansell was elected President of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity which also received “Received Fraternity of the Year” honors while he was president. Mr. Mansell is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and authorized to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Superior Court of Georgia. His primary practice area includes commercial and consumer creditor’s right cases, commercial real estate, and has worked closely with HUD, lenders, agents, buyers, loan officers, and solicitors. Mr. Mansell completed his externship from State Court of Clayton County, in 2008. Thereafter he served as a Public Defender Roswell Municipal Court, Roswell, Georgia from 2009-2010. After his tenure as a public defender in Roswell, he joined Trentacosta and Associates P.C. in 2010 as an Associate Real Estate Attorney. Later, he served as Associate Creditor’s Rights Litigator Green and Cooper L.L.P. Phillip now serves as an associate Real Estate Attorney for the Marr Law Firm.
